This LapFrame allows complete open sided stitching. The secret is the double jointed pivot arm. This unique design allows the stitcher to adjust the height of the frame from 4" to 10" depending on their preference. The Z arm also allows for complete open sided stitching. The Baby Z-Frame is shown with a 9" scroll frame. The Baby Z-Frame accommodates the Universal Clamp and can hold up to 13" Stretcher Bars. The Z-Frame uses easy turn Tri-Knobs on all connections. The Z is completely collapsible with no disassembly required.
Frame: Solid oak.
Scroll Frame: Stained 1 1/4" side bars with unfinished and sanded 3/4" diameter dowels stripped with "easy sew" 1 1/2" wide cotton twill tape glued and stapled to the dowel for no sag or stretch.
Finish: Antique golden oak oil rubbed.
